Shipping policy
Free shipping to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order.
Dispatch
Ready-to-wear orders are packed at our atelier in Lisbon and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking number is sent to you by email on the day of dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch
- Portugal: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States, Canada and the rest of the world: 5–12 business days
Made-to-order suits, tuxedos, jackets, shirts and vests are ready in 4 weeks from your order, then shipped free of charge within the delivery times above. Pieces made to your measurements at the atelier follow the timeline agreed at your fitting.
Collect in Lisbon
You can choose free collection at checkout. In-stock orders are ready at Avenida da Liberdade 110, office 209, usually within 24 hours, and we will let you know when it is waiting for you.
Risk and delays
The risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, write to us and we will replace or refund it. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will tell you and propose a new date; if you do not accept it, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Customs duties and taxes
Orders within the European Union ship from Portugal and carry no customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by local customs, are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
