Step 1 – Book an Appointment
New clients book a “first-time meeting” at the atelier or during a trunk show. During this meeting, an Atelier 23 specialist guides the client through the full range of the atelier’s offerings. A unique silhouette is created for each client using a meticulous measurement process with attention to the finest details. Fabrics, design, and style are discussed thoroughly, and the client is personally guided through every step.
Please note: appointments can be booked without an immediate intention to place an order.
Step 2 – First Fitting
Approximately 6–8 weeks after the initial appointment, your garment returns to Atelier 23 for its first fitting.
You meet again with your tailor for a dedicated 45-minute session, during which the silhouette, balance, and proportions are meticulously refined. Every detail is assessed with precision to ensure the garment evolves from measurement to true personalization.
Your individual pattern is updated and preserved within the Atelier 23 archive, forming the foundation for future commissions.
Step 3 – Final Fitting & Completion
One to two weeks later, you are invited back to Atelier 23 for the final fitting and collection of your finished garment.
At this stage, you review the completed piece together with your tailor. Any final refinements are executed with precision to ensure the fit is fully resolved before you take your garment with you.
Your measurements, adjustments, and pattern specifications are permanently updated in your personal Atelier 23 profile, creating a consistent foundation for all subsequent garments.
Step 4 – Private Follow-Up
After you have worn the garment, we reconnect with you personally to ensure it performs as intended in daily wear.
We value your time. Your feedback enables us to further refine your individual pattern and minimize the need for adjustments in future orders — often allowing you to commission new garments simply by selecting the fabric and style, with confidence in a consistent and reliable fit.
