Frequently asked questions
Can I give the gift card today?
Yes. The digital card arrives by email right after payment, or on the day you choose, and on iPhone it goes into Apple Wallet. The printed card can be picked up at the atelier or hand-delivered in Lisbon.
Gift card, gift voucher or gift certificate?
All the same thing: a tailor gift voucher with a set value to spend at the atelier or online. A gift for Christmas, a birthday or Father’s Day: he chooses the cloth and the style, and it is made to his measurements.
Can it arrive on Christmas Day or on his birthday?
Yes. Choose the send date, for example 25 December, and the email with the gift card reaches him on that day.
How long is it valid?
Five years from the date of purchase.
What if the purchase costs more or less than the card?
If it costs more, he pays the difference. If it costs less, the balance stays on the card for his next purchase.
Where can it be used?
Online at atelier23.store and in our atelier at Avenida da Liberdade 110, Lisbon: made-to-measure suits and shirts, tuxedos, outerwear and knitwear.
What if he doesn’t have an iPhone?
He gets the same email with the gift card code. It can be used online and at the atelier.
Can I cancel the purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, as long as the card hasn’t been used.
Do you make gift cards for companies?
Yes, in any quantity, with an invoice in the company’s name. Message us on WhatsApp.
